I have one question about this bolg. My Sydney's friend can view my Blog,but my friend in China can't open the webside,do you konw why? Can "Blogger" be used in other country?

That's very strange. Blogger can be viewed everywhere in the world. Maybe your friend has some security software protection that doesn't allow blogger to be viewed. Tell your friend to add blogger.com to allowed sites in the internet options for secure websites. That should fix the problem.
