Melinda

Melinda is a 21 year old university student, major in Physical Education teaching. She lives in inner west Sydney.

Melinda likes to travel. Melinda just traveled to India and Vietnam. She went to India with her mum and she actually hated the place, because she could not get close to the local people. She likes Vietnam very much. She thinks it's beautiful and the motorcycle trip was interesting. She thought Vietnam is changing very fast, which includes the road system and people's life style.

Now Melinda is working as a climb leader for the Harbor Bridge in Sydney. She has a good understanding of the bridge's history.

She likes her job very much. She is a very out-going young woman.Melinda is a very warm hearted and happy young woman and enjoying her life very much.

Forum is learn about online forums, discussion areas and bulletin boards. Three topics in our forum.Some people of our class and some people of Marion class participated in our forum.

Voicethread is a place to capture voices.
We can create a VoiceThread and collect the stories behind our pictures;Turn yearbooks ,scrapbooks,or photo-albums into VoiceThreads;Capture the voices of an entire group,on a sigle page;Put our VoiceThread on any blog or web site.
The Koala is in 135-137 Macquarie Street.

Bundeena

Bundeena is a small town in Sydney. It's opposite the suburbs of Cronulla and Burraneer. You can drive the car or go to Cronulla by ferry go there. Ferry trips vary from 20mins to 30mins depending on the weather.

Bundeena is surrounded by the Royal National Park. There are many flora and fauna. When you walking there, you can see many wild birds and flowers, they are fantastic.

Bundeena is an Aboriginal word meaning 'noise like thunder'. At Jibbon Head, You can see some drawing on the rock. These engravings were carved by the Dharawal people, who lived in the Bundeena area up to 5000 years ago. Just look carefully to see, you can discover many animal's picutre on the rock, fish, kangaroo, birds.......

Bundeena is a beautiful place. Many people go there for their holidays. There you can go swimming, fishing or relax in the sunshine or camp. Many artists enjoy living there painting pictures, because Bundeena's scenery is spectacular.

Canberra Floriade 2007

Floriade is the annual flower show in Canberra. We were going there for the October long weekend. There're many kinds of flowers, tulips, tyacinths, violets....... They're very beautiful. So I took many photos of them and share with everybody, do you enjoy them? ^_^
